Shahriar “Shar” Attaie
Shahriar Attaie serves as a Managing Partner and Co- Founder at Full Send Partners LLC. Prior to founding Full Send, Shar served as Managing Director at FocalPoint Partners and B.Riley Financial.
Shahriar has executed a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and capital raises. With more than 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, Shahriar has held positions at Intrepid Investment Bankers, Houlihan Lokey's Financial Restructuring Group and Libra Securities.
Shar graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Shar has worked on a variety of transactions during his career, including numerous deals within the beauty, personal care, health & wellness and other branded consumer categories.
In his free time Shar is an avid runner and skier. He also enjoys art and watch collecting.
Joel Lindenberg
Joel Lindenberg is a dynamic leader with extensive investment banking experience. As a career investment banker, he has facilitated billions in middle market M&A and capital raises.
Joel is currently a Managing Partner at Full Send Partners LLC, where he advises middle market companies and private equity firms on M&A and capital formation strategies.
In addition to core expertise in investment banking, Joel has been instrumental in founding, funding and exiting companies as an angel investor and board member. Joel is passionate about helping companies grow and adds significant value in every phase of the business life cycle.
Joel is a graduate of Singularity University's Executive Program in Exponential Technologies, and holds a Master's in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He serves on the Board of Education Plus Nicaragua, and enjoys travel, reading, tennis and snowboarding in his free time. He holds FINRA Series 79 and 66 securities licenses.
